At Stones Designs, we stand behind the products we sell.We take great care to carefully pack each stone mat and we only use reputable couriers. If a stone mat arrives in a damaged condition, we will gladly refund your money, or replace it. The choice is yours.
If you wish to return goods, please return them in their original packaging and let us know why you are returning it.

It is very difficult to retrieve a stone mat once it has been dispatched from our premises. As a result, we are unable to allow cancellations, and therefore refunds, once a stone mat has been dispatched.We are however, able to cancel an order and provide a refund if the gift box has not yet been dispatched.

Stone Mat Designs will only deliver within New Zealand. Deliveries are made by Post Haste Couriers. Stones Designs aim to deliver the mats ordered within 3 days, however this may vary depending on the availability of products in stock. If the timeframe is going to be longer than expected a Stones Designs representative will contact you with the expected timeframe.Copyright
